Probating an Estate involves the proper procedure to transfer assets from an estate of a deceased.
There are different types of Probate:

- Formal
- Small Estate Affidavit
If a person shall pass away with a Will, you will need the original Will or Trust, and a certified copy of the Death Certificate. Some forms of Probate are required to be filed with the court.
